If you want to print out the page, click "View", then "Text Size". Select "Smallest". It will put all the common keyboard shortcuts on a single page which you can keep by your keyboard for quick reference. *See note. Click File/Print Preview to see how it will look.

In the print window, select the "Pages from 1 to 1" and then print. Only page 1 will be printed. Set your View/Text Size option back to your preference for easier Web viewing.

Also, you can select only the portions of the page you want to print. If you want to print only the "Keyboard Shortcuts" portion of the page, select the table portion of the page then:

1. Click the File drop down menu

2. Select "Print".

3. The print window will open.

4. Look at the left center area of the window for the "Selection" option and click it. (See picture below)

5. Then you can click the "OK" button and the printer will only print the Keyboard Shortcut portion.

Note: If the "Select" option is "grayed out" or unusable, it means you have not selected anything on the page and will need to click "Cancel" on the print window and go back and highlight the area you wish to print.

You can choose to print only the page(s) that you want.

This is a picture of the Print Window.

*Note: An odd quirk. Selecting View/Text Size here in Internet Explorer also changes the text size view in Outlook Express. For instance, if you select "Larger" here in I.E., the text size in your Outlook Express mail view will also be in the "Larger" size. Back to "Printing Tip"
