To download the Pagis Viewer, click on the npxif3.exe file. Then click the "Run" command to download/install the program. Or, you can choose the "Save" option and save the file to your system, then install it later by opening the npxif3.exe file.

The viewer is made by ScanSoft, and is available free of charge.
